Key Responsibilities
Creative
An ambassador of our Creative Philosophy and always pushing it forward.
Consistently generating world class unique creative work grounded in strong conceptual and strategic foundations (be able to answer many ‘why’ questions).
Pursuing and maintaining an exceptional level of craft with the highest design standards and attention to detail.
Work across multiple creative projects.
Shape and build your knowledge so you have the confidence to flex your creative muscles across all types of beverage briefs.
Creating exceptional, exciting and engaging presentations of our work including case studies, creds and social.
Design Leadership
Coordinate design delivery across projects, supporting the DDs and CD, by confidently contributing in reviews when selecting concepts, the development of work and coaching team members to advance their work.
Effectively distilling and communicating direction to the team after client feedback or after internal design review.
Lead more junior team members and other seniors in rolling out concepts.
Set the example for other team members on how to deliver creative work to an exceptional level, and encouraging others to push the standards.
Know your limits! Showcase an understanding of production limitations and practicalities
Strategy
Collaborate with our strategic team by contributing an opinion of our strategic thinking, and articulating why you believe it is right for a brand.
Support the strategic team in reviews and contribute with feedback on the work.

Client Leadership
Proactively think of ideas to inspire the team or client that could lead to new business.
Ability to client face when an opportunity presents itself. Beginning to build positive client relationships that represent Thirst in a way that lives up to the values and philosophy of the agency.
Culture
Broaden the team’s minds and bring unique and interesting forms of inspiration to the whole team.
Ability to support and bring value to CS and Strategy. Whether it’s a strategic workshop, deconstructing an existing brand, research, deck building, you’re a safe pair of hands that goes above and beyond to support your team members.
