You generate bold, strategically grounded ideas and bring them to life with precision and care. You are a custodian of our Creative Philosophy and a champion of design excellence. Through the quality of your thinking and execution, you help set the standard for the studio – consistently delivering distinctive, world-class work. You are hands-on, conceptually sharp and deeply invested in your output. You mentor by example, energising the team to deliver our creative ambition, and you champion new ways-of-working and AI tools to help us work bolder and smarter.

Develop bold, strategically grounded ideas that make brands stand out

Deliver exceptional craft with precision and care
Play an active role in creative reviews, helping raise the bar across the studio

Lead through the quality of your work, setting the standard for concept and craft across projects
Guide and support Midweight Designers, offering clear, constructive feedback and guidance
Take ownership of design rollouts, ensuring consistency and attention to detail throughout
Confidently contribute to creative reviews and begin presenting to clients, building trust and relationships
Develop a strong understanding of our clients’ brands, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow them

Integrate AI tools into concept exploration and development
Use AI to improve speed, iteration and creative depth
Stay curious about emerging tools and smarter ways of working
Share useful workflows and learning with the studio

5+ years experience in branding and packaging design
A strong portfolio demonstrating concept thinking and craft excellence
Experience developing brand systems and packaging rollouts
A genuine passion for brand, design and visual storytelling
This role is only open to those who can work 1 to 2 days a week in person with our teams in Glasgow, London or Bristol
