We’re looking for a UK-based Client Manager to support our New York team and clients.
This role sits at the centre of our projects – connecting clients, creatives and production teams to ensure work moves smoothly from brief through to delivery.
You’ll work closely with the New York Account Directors while collaborating with teams across strategy, design and production in the UK.
Key Characteristics
In this role, you’ll support the New York Client Directors on key accounts, helping manage day-to-day client communication and ensuring projects move smoothly from brief through to delivery. You’ll coordinate timelines, scopes and internal teams, while writing clear briefs, proposals and project documentation that keep everyone aligned. You’ll also play an important role in identifying potential risks early and helping resolve issues before they escalate. Success in this role means projects feel organised, collaborative and predictable for both clients and teams.

You’ll act as the bridge between US clients and UK delivery teams, helping translate ideas into well-managed projects.
This includes:
- Translating client objectives into clear internal briefs
- Coordinating studio resources with the Creative Services team
- Running status meetings and maintaining clear communication
- Managing multiple projects at different stages of delivery
- Interpreting client feedback clearly
- Building well-structured client presentations
- Maintaining high standards before work leaves the studio
- Strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.

While this isn’t a sales role, you’ll play an important part in protecting the business and ensuring projects run efficiently. You’ll also work closely with production teams to ensure smooth delivery by tracking milestones, coordinating handovers and supporting successful project rollout. Great account management balances creative ambition with commercial discipline.

You may already be working in an account management or project management role within an agency, brand team or related environment. If your experience doesn’t perfectly match every requirement but you feel excited about the role, we still encourage you to apply.
Preferred experience includes:
- Around 2+ years managing projects or client relationships
- Experience in branding, packaging, drinks or FMCG (helpful but not essential)
- Confidence working with creative teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfort working across time zones
