The Scandi chic OONI oven is the modern pizza-lover’s home staple, turning flame-cooked flavour into a delicious creative quest. To take a slice of this to more makers, curious bakers and pizza aficionados and turn the brand into a shopping destination, we defined the strategy and visual identity for OONI’s first ever grocery range.
Convivial, creative and endlessly curious, OONI is on a mission to enable people’s journey towards the unreachable summit of the perfect pizza. We baked this spirit into the new design system, from dough mixes to frozen fixes and tasty topping choices, embracing the imperfection of the messy maker via a personable and playful illustration style.
Taking pride of place, the OONI brandmark is a visual metaphor for piping hot ovens and charred pizza crusts, offset by an invitingly rich colour palette that flexes to celebrate taste variety and the joy of cooking.
