    Job Description

    You will play a vital role in running our international team, making sure each project is properly resourced while carefully managing workloads and expectations of our delivery teams. ​We have a busy studio with lots of projects coming through from around the world. Each has its own unique requirements with changing resource needs and deadlines. We are looking for someone who is an expert problem solver, with creative industry experience, and who is highly organised, to focus on how we manage work through our studio.

    Key Responsibilities

    Traffic Management

    Work with client services, creative and strategy teams to understand project resource requirements.

    Work with client services to plan timelines for projects and ensure we have the correct resource on each project.

    Identify and preempt bottle necks and clashes in our studio, present alternative solutions to required teams.

    Keep a close eye on the balance of people, product and profit to make sure we run projects in the best way possible.

    Manage workflows daily for the creative and strategy teams.

    Deal with immediate requests as well as longer term forecasting and planning.

    Resource Management

    Work with heads of department and Production Director to manage our freelancer roster, their availability and cost.

    Understand the skills and unique abilities of the team so you can present the best solutions for different project challenges.

    Work with heads of department on appointing external resource to projects, making sure we are maximising their time.

    Identify resource needs with our New Business team for project and pitch requirements.​

    Work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan resource to ensure progress on marketing activities each month.

    Reporting

    Report directly to the Production Director on traffic and resource management.

    Produce weekly capacity reports for the MD and Heads of Department.

    Work with Production and Commercial Director on reporting on utilisation rates of the team.
