Key Responsibilities
Creative
Be hungry! Always have a keen attitude to learn and grow as a designer
Conceptualise across a variety of brand activations, from campaign and POS to experiential design
Visualise brand activations and spaces to a high standard
Design from concept to completion, with beautiful craft and attention to detail, across any brand touchpoint
Articulate why a piece of work answers the brief and up-holds our Creative Philosophy
Play a roll at any stage of a project, from immersion to implementation
Take feedback from senior members to reliably work through towards your next check-in
Prepare your work into a narrative that best sells the idea
Prepare pitch and presentation documents that are exciting
Pick up concept work from other team members
Shape and build your knowledge so you have the confidence to flex your design muscles across any brief
Take responsibility to hit deadlines, being aware of timings and being punctual
Know your limits! Showcase an understanding of production limitations and practicalities
Strategy
Conduct research to support design & strategy
Continuously build an understanding of the different categories we work across
Client Services
Build documents and conduct research around existing and incoming clients to support new business opportunities
Culture
Broaden the team’s minds and bring unique and interesting forms of inspiration to the whole team.
Have a vision for and preparing the marketing of work and case studies for projects
