Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
Providing the very highest quality service with the Thirst style
Liaising daily, both remotely and in person, with clients all over the world
Owning, growing and nurturing key client relationships
Managing and maintaining your accounts – proposals, briefs, contracts, time tracking, invoicing, profitability, negotiation, planning
Write engaging and accurate proposals to secure work
Supported by senior team, create development plans for your clients, understanding objectives, spotting new opportunities and proactively drive to conversion
Delivering projects smoothly from start to finish, co-ordinating and inputting at all stages
Strategy
Liaising with the teams to ensure projects are on brief and shit hot
Sound understanding of strategy and able to support on brief writing, research, offer a strong client view, market and project understandingBecoming a client expert, acting as their voice within the agency
Articulate clients’ insights, business and brand plans to the wider team to inspire development and briefs
Creative
Sound understanding of Thirst’s creative process and how to manage projects to achieve profitability while delivering world class work
Building best in class creative presentations and presenting back to client teams
Understand client expectations and can interpret feedback to get to the heart of what’s really going on
Making sure all work that goes to the client is of the highest standard
Excellent attention to detail
Production
Working closely with our production team to ensure that projects are realised as expected
Ensuring all work is exceptional from start to finish
Developing an understanding of sustainability through design and learning on projects when require
Culture
Knowing and loving both the design and drinks industries
Being a champion for our strong, simple, shit hot ethos
Be a source of knowledge to our own team and clients, sharing latest thinking and design inspiration
Be knowledgable on market, category and consumer trends as well as brand and design trends to offer interesting point of view and understand project opportunities
