    Account Director with expert knowledge of the drinks industry, you’ll identify opportunities & solutions for our top-tier client base. A natural leader and entrepreneur, your work will benefit both clients and the company, driven by a desire to be the best in your field.

      Liaising daily, both remotely and in person, with clients all over the world.

      Owning, growing and nurturing key client relationships to build lasting partnerships.

      Develop deep bonds with our very top clients across the Group Business, understanding their challenges and goals.

      Inspire clients through design and strategy to position ourselves as the expert and unlock new opportunities.

      ​Leading projects (independently or with junior team) with total control inc. timelines, resourcing, milestones, budgets, profit, tracking and supplier conversations.

      Write engaging, bespoke proposals using strategic insight to secure new work and able to negotiate with clients to maximise profits.

      Expert pricing and cost management, ensuring teams operate on budget and spotting opportunities for new scope to maximise profits.

    • Develop annual brand plans and set annual targets for your clients.

      Building a deep knowledge of clients business and brand plans, to create development plans, understanding objectives, opportunities, commercial success and drive to conversion.

      Responsible for assessing targets quarterly, planning to fulfil targets and ensuring team is on track to reach targets.

      Expert planning and financial forecasting, particularly quarterly.

      Proactively solving challenges, identifying opportunities to grow revenue with an entrepreneurial mind.

    • Expert understanding of Thirst’s strategic process and able to support on brief writing, research, offer a strong client view, market and project understanding​.

      Able to positively challenge team leads with confidence and insight to deliver the best work possible.

      Making sure work is on brief, on budget and inspiring for our clients​.

      Becoming a client expert, acting as their voice within the agency.

      Use insights and strategic understanding of your client’s business & brands to create new briefs and achieve great work.

      ​Working closely with the strategy and creative leadership to secure and win client pitches.

    • ​Expert understanding of Thirst’s creative process and how to maximise efficiencies to deliver maximum profitability while delivering world class work.

      Able to unite teams towards a world class goal and deliver inspiring work for our clients.

      Not afraid to question the boundaries, always seeking to push the work further.

      Developing and leading client presentations with team in a way that is fitting with our culture, ethos and expert positioning.

      Understand client expectations and feedback to get to the heart of what’s really going on.

      Ensuring last 5% is exceptional.

      Developing a strong understanding of sustainability through design and pushing projects when required.

      Working closely with our production team to ensure that projects are realised as expected.

    • Support the Client Services Director in the training and development or junior members of the team.

      Positively challenging the wider team to ensure all client work is of the highest standard and will have a positive impact on their business.

      Ability to confidently and positively control a room in keeping with our fun to work with fun to work for ethos.

      Delegate clearly and get the best out of junior team members to allow yourself to go after the right opportunities.

      Interrogate wins and losses to understand learnings and team development opportunities.

      Lead client pitches and new business opportunities, successfully introducing Thirst to new leads.
